So. I grew up in Baltimore. I never learned how to cook fried rice. This (however broad a generalization this is) somehow seems to astound most people in Hong Kong. So please keep all the lawling to a minimum as I demonstrate my truly beginner attempts to learn this staple of Chinese cooking. I’m starting from scratch here folks!
