So.  I grew up in Baltimore.  I never learned how to cook fried rice.  This (however broad a generalization this is) somehow seems to astound most people in Hong Kong.  So please keep all the lawling to a minimum as I demonstrate my truly beginner attempts to learn this staple of Chinese cooking.  I’m starting from scratch here folks!

So I know I haven’t posted anything in forever.  Yes yes, I will resume shortly.  Its been a matter of moving into a more permanent apartment in Hong Kong (read: Bigger), and all the time consuming aspects that is involved with that.  Additionally, work has been quite busy.  Excuses excuses excuses.
